At Din by Din Tai Fung, our chefs have refined each dish to perfection. Our house speciality is the Xiao Long Bao (soup dumpling), which is delicately formed and has 18 precise folds that encase steaming hot soup. We also have a variety of noodle and fried rice dishes that are cooked to order.
